Inovare is a research laboratory linked to the University of Brasília (UnB), sited in Brasília, Federal District of Brazil. The laboratory was founded in 2006, with a focus on the development of academic research on Change in Organizations and Social Networks and, later, with studies on Culture and Organizational Climate, Innovation and Diversity in Organizations.

Researchers from different areas, such as social and organizational phycology, administration and economy are proud to have a creative, collaborative and innovative laboratory environment, where all members cooperate with each other and promote quality content, giving  practical sense to their activities developed in the academy.
